Section 367. Power of Court to appoint an approved liquidator

(1) The Court may, on an application under this Subdivision, appoint an approved liquidator to assess the viability of the scheme proposed for the compromise or arrangement and the approved liquidator appointed shall prepare a report for submission to the applicant.

(2) The report prepared under this section shall be tabled at the meeting of creditors or members held under section 366.
